So, I am starting over. Turns out that when I eat whatever I want, I gain lots of weight! The hard thing is that this means that I will NEVER be able to eat the way I want... unless I want to be fat and unhappy. Fortunately, there are healthy, nutritious foods to eat. I just need to avoid the bad (and addicting) ones....
