Have gained a lot of weight in the last couple of months. All the weight i lost has come back. So starting afresh. Goal would be to keep calories at 1300-1400 range and carbs below 150g. Fat about below 40g. Salt levels below 2100. As less sugars as possible. Need to include lot more fruits and veggies in my diet and water too. Its gonna be hard.. to maintain it esp under the pressures of things happening around. But its high time I lost the flab. Lot at stake. Keeping the fingers crossed. Need to be less than 200lbs by march. thats an average of 7 lbs a month. Not impossible. Should be easy esp the body loses weight faster at the beginning of any weight loss effort. 1st target 10 lbs by Feb3rd. Lets see.
