For Breakfast I had a very small serving of special K Fruit n yogurt just to finish off the box and I also had special k Chocolate delight It equiled two servings of cereal
127.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
