Out to dinner last Saturday, Sunday at Deb's mom and generally ate poorly all week, including Chinese food as a gift from Deb on my birhday... Still incorporating fresh pressed juices, enzymes tablets and sprouts which counter the chronic fatigue associated with the wrong foods.
