For the first time I am excited and know for sure that I will succeed. Nothing has ever come easily for me so it make sense that only a lifestyle change will be successful. I'm a warrior and I will succeed where I have failed before.
I deserve to be happy and healthy.
I want to break away from this prison I have put myself in over time. I will pick my battles carefully and choose to either deal with emotional situations as they arise or let them go. I will not harbor anger, frustration, sadness or disappointment which is detremental to my health and happiness.
I will thank God and all who support my efforts.
I will learn to love myself and I will shed the weight of the world and emerge as the beautiful woman I and those who truly love me, know I am.
Today is the day.
