Okay, the holidays are over & time to get my fat butt back to the healthy way of life. Holiday goodies & eating fast food has ruined my progress forward but it's a New Year & a new start. Time to step it up big time, cardio at least 3 times a week, strength training at least 2 times a week. Also, have some decisions to make about my job. Got offered another one with a competing store; do I take it or do I stay where I'm at???? This year my resolution is to worry & care about me & the ones around me will have to defend for themselves :) May sound awful & yes, I'll still be here for them if truly needed, but for the petty stuff they can do it themselves! ME & ME ONLY :) :) :) Hope all my fat buddies have a great New Year & we all support each other.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
