I went over my calories last night because I didn't measure and do the math ahead of time. I didn't go over by much and still managed to drop .2 pounds. Just another reminder to be mindful of what I'm eating. I want to keep progressing down the scale, and that means working at it!
163.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
