Feeling good from keeping up with my daily workout! I love feeling my muscles a little sore from the effort! I'm confident that I'll meet my goal in a few months - and hopefully succeed in losing 20 pounds by April! whoo hoo!
162.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
