Ok so I am getting back on track...again! I have been fairly consistent of not recording what I am eating or caring about what I am eating added to no exercise has equaled a 16lb weight gain in 8 months. Time to climb back on the treadmill and get out walking! I will be limiting my meals and will be trying to make healthier choices. Hoping I can reach my goal before capri weather reappears!!

I know that situation very well, only in my case, it's been closer to 25-30 lbs over the past 2 years. BUT... If I hadn't been still going to WW meetings, tracking, etc., however irregularly, I know I would have put ALL of my weight back on, and probably more. So, hang in there!
