You can do it! Start now!! The motivation will come with your actions, not the other way around. Get moving and eating healthy, you'll start to see the pounds come off again and your motivation will build back up. But until then you just have to tell yourself "GET UP AND GET GOING WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!!!" :)
