well it is the day after the day after christmas and just maintaining. No exercise regime just yet but working on my schedule to balance everything. seems like everything is a priority...and you know what that leads to...stress...then that will lead to eating more than I need to.
Slow reading A Course in Weight Loss ....same theory as A Course in Miracles...we'll see....it's more psychological self investigation. Anyone who wants to journal on here about it with me...give me a holler!
