Happy to see the direction of the scale. Can't say I earned it, but I thankful nonetheless. Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!

264.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb. Still to go: 24.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! I had a wonderful Christmas, hope you did too. I have not had the "good scale direction" issue... I have a little to make up for! But I DID hit ONEDERLAND right before Christmas! What a great gift!
