Today is Dec 26th, 2010.
Weigh in this morning was at 181.8 lbs so was shocked it came down, that much over the dinner, however we ate good today had unexpected guest coming down to Alabama and went out to eat lunch and dinner .... so lots of Calories. I hope that I found the right food to eat, but else just have to do harder the days coming.
