Merry Christmas! I am sitting here reflecting back on the past 2 days of food/exercise. I realize I ate more today then I should have but I won't fret over it. My mom had a sweets table out and I kinda indulged a bit. Not too bad but definitely off track. I am planning on the following: 1) record everything 2) drink more water 3) get at least 7 hours of sleep 4) workout 5) ? any other ideas
