I feel so good eating healthy and exercising. i don't feel so sluggish. i felt sooo good after my run today. i hadn't forgetten how good it feels to get my heart rate going. :)
I've lost about 5lbs. this week alone. just from eating good and saying no to junk food. I plan on increasing my weight loss by exercising more. I will be on holiday and have some free days off...you will find me walking my dog, at the gym and running.
i saw a glimpse of my body as i was getting dressed in the bathroom. it wasn't me. i couldn't believe how i let myself go. no more. i hate not being comfortable enough to go out and wear cute clothes. can't wait to get healthy!!!
