i am really enjoying being on NutriSystem. I'm learning portion control and how to make healthy choices. it doesn't feel like a diet at all! I can still eat out...but I just have learned to make better choices.

This weekend I went out and chose a salad with water while my skinny friend chose a cheesburger and fries. The old debbie would have also been tempted and gone with the burger. But i know that's not good for me...so i felt great having the salad.

I also went out to lunch after church...and chose some type of chicken and veggies dish instead of my regular sandwich i used to always order. My fridge is full of fruit, veggies, yogurt and water. It looks so pretty!! If i eat cereal..it's Kashi and I measure it out along with my 4 oz. of skim milk.

I have a pile of old jeans that I'm trying to get back into. I need to hit the gym hardcore and make that my priority. Looking forward to a great week! :)
