I have been doing a poor job of recording my diet and weight the last few months. Ever since my brother came over for the summer, I gradually started to fall back into some bad habits. I will have to try to lose the weight again.
91.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1000 kcal Fat: 39.15g | Prot: 35.49g | Carb: 135.03g.   Breakfast: Trader Joe's Organic Soy Milk Unsweetened, Kirkland Signature Ancient Grains Granola with Almonds. Lunch: Skippy Extra Crunchy Super Chunk Peanut Butter, Celery, Carrots, Kale, Hawaiian Veggie Farm Okinawan purple sweet potato. Dinner: Market Pantry Non Dairy Creamer, True Story Organic Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage, Cooked Celery, Cooked Carrots, Potato Soup (Prepared with Water). more...
