Time to get healthy. I've been letting this 35 pounds hold me back for the last couple of years while I got my business in order.
I got "too skinny" on Atkins - down to a size 0, and even though I felt great and was very muscular (136 pounds), I freaked out and added a bunch of weight back. This time I need to be prepared for the Win!
