Doing better, just have to get my all my water in!! I'm starting some exercise this week. Low impact walking and some lifting. Trying to stay focused, so far so good! : )
196.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.9 lb a week
