Time! I need more time! I have so much to do and so little time left to do it in. I am in the office today working on paperwork. I have not had an uninterrupted day in the office this month. I would like to think that I will get a lot accomplished today. We will see. I still have a few gifts to buy. I have baking to do. I have lots left to wrap and I need to clean my house!

We have friends in town for the next few days. They live about 6 hours away and we don't get to see each other much, so I expect that I will not have any time the next two evenings to clean, wrap and likely not to exercise. I will go walk the mall at lunch today to get in some exercise.

I went down to the gym last night prepared to walk on the treadmill for an hour only to find the treadmills occupied. I got on the elliptical, but it kicked my butt after 1/2 a mile. It makes my knees hurt.

I went back upstairs and did some sit-ups and cleaned house.

We will likely go out to eat tonight with our friends. I will make good choices. Eating out is not really a huge challenge as we do it often and I have learned what to eat at the different restaurants in our area.
