I can't believe how easy it is to put the weight back on. On to a new day. I knew I had put the pounds on, but didn't realize just how much.

i know! the holidays ruined me. i gained 5 pounds. but i can only imagine how much i would have gained if i had no control at all. It makes me think how much ive been gaining the last few years when i didnt care.
