Loving the fact that during the holiday season instead of putting weight on like every other year i am losing it!!! Had my friend and her 3 girls over to make cookies with my son and i didnt have a single one. The temptation wasnt even really there. I am really enjoying the way i am feeling on Medifast. Hope everyone else out there is having great success this holiday season.
