Important note to all who want to lose weight: Cutting carbs and sugars to the maximum for the first 17-20 is integral to kick start your weight loss. Garlic, green tea, apple cider vinegar and fenugreek are weight loss super foods read up on them! Also cleansing your bowels from gunk and parasites is integral, these two factors cause major weight gain in a lot of people without them even knowing! Doctors like blame hormones. You control your hormones, do not let them control you! Exercise is the key to controlling hormonal levels, start with the basics of walking and works towards more intensive exercise. I took baby steps and I am shocked at the amount of exercise I can do! A 'loser' of weight and loving it truly very much!

Congrats on your continued weight loss and health eating style. I remember those days and I am working to get back there. I used to drink fenugreek tea, red clover, dandelion root tea, chickweed, etc. and then I stopped. I was into a lot of herbal remedies, vegetarian and about 100 lbs. I will never attempt to be that weight again but I will try to get to those healthier ways of the past. Also, I will check out that book that you mentioned in another post.
