Im not sure if Im 127 anymore cause I have eaten so much since Halloween and Have not done exercise except walking during the day. it is still really easy for me to move around with just my walker my endurance has not decreased but I know that I need to stay compleately on top of what I put in my mouth cause I feel like a Fat kid again Has anyone ever done a fruit only detox. Ive heard they are good to get u back on track and that since you are actually eating and not starving they are ok. I Hope someone reads this so they can let me know
127.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
