Well I stuck to the diet all week and nothing, it's like there is a barrier at 11st and I am trying to break it. Today I went into a sandwich and salad bar with my friends and there was nothing I could eat other than lettuce; everything had rice, bread, pasta or potato in it. I felt so bad sat there like a Muppet while they all tucked into yummy sandwiches; but, never mind with any luck it will show the next time I stand on the scales.

Good for you.....be proud of yourself that you have stuck with what you're doing! That alone is a motivator to keep it going.........GOOD LUCK!

Be proud your doing great everyone hits a stop for alittle while, but if you stick to it you will start losing again. Next time you go to one of those places see if they will put together a salad for you, alot of places will if you ask. I have learned to bring my food with me to work so that i never have to go without or worry about grabbing fast food(TEMPTATION) I also tell my friends that I can only eat certain foods so we choice appr. places for me to.... STICK WITH IT!!! IT WILL PAY OFF

Nibbling on veggies while everyone else is eating sandwiches is always hard. Most places will make a sandwich without the bread on request, or you can always ask for a bowl and pull the sandwich filling off the bread and eat it that way.
