Such a cute little pita pizzette! Do I spy a little pesto on there too?

Yes, white pizza w/mozzarella and tomato. I'm a little shy on protein, but I don't really care. I understand that wine is an excellent source of protein as long as you drink it with pizza.

100%! I’m low on protein today too. Unless chocolate has protein. In which case I’ve had too much protein today.

mmmm, chocolate. actually, I'm glad to be doing a reset on chocolate for a couple days. I decided that I can get away without going to the store this week and I'm taking a little break from chocolate. on the other hand, it's been replaced by wine.

An excellent choice, my friend! White or red? I’m still fantasizing about you making homemade chocolate bars for me! Should be easy, let’s just look it up on Pinterest. 🍫🍫🍫

Red when I'm cold. It was 57 when I got out of the pool and super windy. Finally warm again. As for the chocolate, I messaged you. this is my friend's shop and they do a bunch of workshops when things are normal. I think I'm going to do some Christmas shopping here this year because I want to help out. Thinking back on my pizza dough, it's better than the whole grain, but I think the dough itself needs olive oil in it and it needs to be worked more. The rise was good, but the elasticity never developed to where I wanted it. That's the problem with having good food so close, makes it hard to settle when your own isn't good enough.
