I don’t understand how the same amount of waffle mix gives me different size waffles on different days. Still tasty, just a fail on execution. I was texting a friend, maybe I did something wrong. I love this combo, reminds me of cheese blintzes but much healthier. If I hadn't just eaten the last persimmon, I would have put it on top. Don't worry, there will be more persimmons soon. Super plentiful around here this time of year.
