Naiomy's Journal, 17 December 2010

Hey FS! haven't had a journal in a while... Been trying to get back to normal. I got a new scale, and it weighs me in about 2 lbs more than my WII fit did. So i decided to kinda reset a little.. and start again. And again my first weigh in was SUPER high.. couldn't believe a few weeks could make such a difference... I haven't logged my Weigh ins, trying to get back to 168 based on that scale first i guess..lol.. but here's what's happened this week.

Monday - Day 1 182.6
Tuesday - Day 2 178.0 (-4.6)
Wednesday - Day 3 174.6 (-3.4)
Thursday - Day 4 174.0 (-0.6)
Friday - Day 5 173.0 (-1.0)


So obviously most of it was water retention and the increase in calories... but i'm down 9.6 lbs from monday and i feel it!... So i'm thinking i'd be about 171 on my wii.. not too far from my comfortable weight of 168.. but now 168 is gonna be more of a stretch. I hope to hit the 160s in a few days.. and i'll look better than i did at my previous 168 since it would be more accurate (if that makes sense..lol)

Well... continuing the grind!.. have a great weekend FS

Hey, welcome back! Wow those are some crazy fluctuations in your weight from day to day. Are you weighing in at the same time every day? Wow it must have felt amazing to see those numbers!!! @ Tubbs.. yeah its nuts!.. a lot of it is me not keeping hydrated... when i don't drink water during the week my weight JUMPS... and after one day of 96 oz of water and i drop quickly... so those first few days were probably just me finally flushing out all that water.. PLUS.. i just finished my TOM.. that started tuesday... I went ahead and logged my most recent weight.. this is for me and not for anyone else or to make my chart look good lol.. (darn it)... thanks for the push!! :)

That's crazy!! Almost a 10 lb. drop in only 5 days! Tom likes to scare me too by making my weight jump--those days I'm afraid to even look at the scale hahaha! Well at least that's great motivation to drink more water, flush the fat out. Good for you, girl!

Thank you!... i expected to drop those ridiculous pounds quickly.. i'm more worried about how to get under 170 ... and with a weekend up a head i hope i don't lose my momentum! :)

I hear that! Weekends always destroy me...probably why I still can't drop the last 6 lbs. Grrr. Just keep drinkin that water :)
