OMG i am far behind. I just started this week. and already struggling with the holiday parties around. i did 15min cardio at 1 mile. but had 2 pieces of chocolate peppermint bark and a mini cheesecake piece at a party. i have to up the protein. you're inspniring me. will do better tomorrow.

Weekends are bad for me. My mother only lives about 1/2 mile away, which is a great walk for me, but her house is alway full of junk food! I watch football games with her on Sunday, and there's alway pizza etc. Tough for me. You're actually doing good, I start and can't stop, I'd eat all the candy!
