I went to a a medical weight loss doctor and he set me up on this same diet. I started it today after shopping yesterday. Trying to get into putting 40 grams of protein per MEAL is something of the imagination. However getting my health back on track is so important to me. I have a 12 year old that I want to see grow old and have kids of his own. I want to be healthy for me, him and my husband(whom is in almost perfect shape). I don't love my body right now and I want to love it and be proud of myself. So today marks a new start to my life. The question asked when do I expect to finish, this is not a diet I plan to stop this is a lifestyle change, not a a diet for me.
