Rough weekend...too many meals out and poor self control. Maybe it was the blizzard, or aunt flo, or poor self control :) Still saw an overall decrease so thats good.
121.3 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
