Hello BFF's! lol Getting ready to head out for a twelve hour work day today, so alas no gym. I may however do my kettle bell workout tomorrow before the feast, and I will most certainly be gym bound on Friday. I'm going to make up for this past weekend whether my body likes it or not. I'm afraid to weigh in lol, how crazy am I?!

Did good yesterday, topped out at fifteen hundred calories. Not too shabby. Oddly enough I was hungry when I went to bed, I wonder if loading my body with junk has it all confused. I am trying to plan ahead today, good high fiber oatmeal for breakfast, leftover pork from last night for lunch. Dinner tonight will either be Pizza, or some restaurant my BIL wanted to take us out to. He hasn't confirmed yet, and honestly I would be just as content heading straight home, it's a long day! If we do go out though I will be sticking to protein and veggies. Period. Four weeks to the new year, minus two cheat days, I should be able to make some progress. Right? I think I can... I think I can. What is a reasonable goal from here... 206 by new years eve??? That is reasonable, but I think we all know the number I've got stuck in my head!

Well it's snowing like crazy here, I had better go start the car, and maybe get ready lol. I don't have to look beautiful for my job, so on days like today, I'm all sweat pants and pony tails!
