fish out of water's Journal, 12 December 2010

Okay :) my first journal entry :) Although... I do keep a blog with my best friend where we update each other on our progress! It has been fun so far, but hasn't been super effective. I have been more active since starting which is positive, but my weight has stayed the same. Although today I started a new challenge for myself-- Work out for seven days in a row at least 30 mins. a day. I am a fairly busy person, but I feel I owe it to myself to dedicate 30 mins. to my body! The first day was a success, and I'm hoping to stay positive throughout the next 6 days. I have downloaded the fatsecret calorie counter onto my phone, which I LOVE! And from there I found the website which will allow me to participate in other challenges and communicate with others trying to accomplish the same goals! I'm excited to start this new adventure :) I'm getting a jumpstart on my New Year's resolution, and I hope I can convince myself to keep it up for the whole year! I'm looking forward to having a body that I can't stop staring at :)
