Am up to 3.3 miles running. Added .8 miles 2 weeks ago and still adjusting. At my age it takes a while! Also still adjusting to the cold. Ran today after working weekend of 12 hour shifts. Temps were 24 f but stayed warm. What bothered me the most were my lips with mouth breathing. Need to remember the Chapstick. My goal here is to run 4 days a week which is a challenge in the cold. Not up for interval training yet. Still huffing and puffing thru running. But am doing 10 minute miles which is an improvement thought still SLOW. Sould sign up for a 5k in the spring. We'll see.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
