I find I am not as driven to workout when I don't have a week where I earn points for intentional exercise. It helps to have an exercise goal that you are working towards and a team you are trying to support. I will miss this when this challenge ends.

Is there a way you can continue it for yourself, PattyG? For example, ever since the Dr. Oz Exercise challenge ended, I try to keep doing the same goals, week after week. You can figure something you, I'm sure.

Hi Patty G... I find the same lack of motivation when facing the non challenge weeks. I think that I'm going to try to challenge myself. I'm not all sure that it's the lack of motivation do to lack of challenge.. last week, I think it's lack of motivation due to the holiday.. I need to get back to the gym though. It's been a week almost.
