Stuck in a plateau - stuck to diet and trained really well just stuck in the 60- 62kilo zone

Frustrating!!!!
136.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 November 2013:
833 kcal Fat: 40.26g | Prot: 45.26g | Carb: 60.39g.   Breakfast: Blueberries, Almonds 20gm, Jalna Low Fat Yogurt. Lunch: Beef Porterhouse Steak (Trimmed to 0" Fat, Cooked, Broiled), Fresh'n Easy Garden Salad, ww cottage cheese. Snacks/Other: Blues Sugarless chocolate, apple - medium. more...

That happens when you get so close to goal. You only have 4 pounds left. Great job! Your diet looks very healthy. Maybe try and switch up your exercise plan. HIT (high intensity training) has been shown to help burn more calories and up fat loss. All you can really do is keep plugging along and trying new things. Eventually that scale will move.

Yes I don't exercise like I should. I am supposed to be doing 30 squats before each meal and 20 min of exercise. I find the weekends I gain usually a lb. not bad for the cheating I do. HA HA Take Care.
