I'm not sure what to do.
148.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Well you are getting closer to goal, so losing is going to slow down and you may eek out those last pounds. So you may need to be strict with the diet and kick up the activity levels. Bob Harper has a book that has a 3 week jump start. Check out the reviews on amazon.com to see if it's something that you might like. It might be hard during the holidays though. This is not an easy time of year.
