Getting back on track slowly. Walked 2 miles today in the Fitness Center. I figure i can walk 2 miles / 4 nights a week to start getting me back to my prior level. then start 3 miles / 4 nights a week. Keeping calories down to 1200-1500 level again (leave out grains & dairy).
