Good Afternoon, This morning I went to check in on my granddaughter to make sure she feeling better - she is! Now she just has a nasty cold, the after effects from her sore throat. I went to visit my mom. She was very hard to wake up this morning. I brought her a slice of Apple Pie to go with her Morning coffee. I'm going to spend the rest of the day at home, watching NFL and napping. It's a good day for the napping, it's been RAINING all day. My Low Carb Plan is right on track. I'm starting to think about Thanksgiving and what I can and can not have OR SHOULD NOT HAVE -ha, ha. Seattle -vs- Minnesota, Seattle won 41 - 13. Seattle Seahawks are now 10 - 1.
