Made it through a night without wine. It was okay. I thought I'd have real cravings, but nothing. Perhaps I'm not quite the wino I thought I was.

I did eat an extra, non-raw vegan ham sandwich on whole wheat and some shirataki noodles with non-butter spray to get me through till 12 am when dh came home from work.

I'm reading a book about Magellen, Over the Edge of the World. It's quite interesting and that's what I do at night now. Read. I'm almost done with it and I'll have to get something new. I can't write at night, not yet. I need to coast at, at least until this wine thing is out of my system. It was really starting to scare me. No, seriously. I was up to a bottle a night. Not good.

I slept till 11AM this morning. I had gotten the kids up, fed, dressed and out at 7, but I was tired so I went back to bed. Now I'm procrastinating before I get to work on the new program. I also will try to do atleast 30 minutes of yoga today, and take a walk.

I also ordered some Tonnelin (spelling?)and sillimeron (also spelling?)on-line and a few other suppliments. A big splurge, but I'm not buying wine anymore so I guess I can afford it.

After I'm feeling better about the wine thing I'll start to ween myself off Prozac. I'm not on much, but I don't want to do both at the same time. Afraid I'll fall into a black hole or something.

I am looking forward to Christmas. My mon and step dad are coming up from FL. I'm thinking of making Lobster Newburg in puff pastry. Not raw, not vegan, not diet friendly, (and not cheep), but it's only one day. I went nuts as usually with the kid's gifts and my dm and dsd don't want to exchange gifts, so an elegant meal is my gift.

Okay, I have to down load a program I've never used now and figure out how to use it. Fun stuff.
