Happy Saturday everyone! As you can tell by my food diary, I am not OCD in any way, shape, or form and nothing is in the correct order lol. I noticed this about myself when a friend was upset that there weren't more slots to add food in. She thought that it made her look like a pig when too many things fell into one slot. I however, throw things in wherever I feel. No, I am not having an entire bottle of wine for lunch... that's for dessert tonight lol. Just something that made me chuckle. That's how I live, organized chaos.

I got back on my strength training yesterday. Felt good, but it wasn't as easy as it was seven days ago. Amazing what can change in one lousy week. Oh well, I guess you will have that. I am not counting on having any significant loss this week, but it won't be for lack of commitment. I will be working out and logging calories like always but after a big loss I always end up flat lining or gaining for a week or two. I know it seems like I pull great numbers, but the big picture shows that somehow the ups and downs always even out. For example, I lost 27 pounds in ten week. Sure that sounds ridiculous, but it's less than three pounds a week. It seemed more dramatic because I had five pound losses here and there, but it was balanced by my seemingly slow weeks. Looking back and really acknowledging this is going to help me to keep moving forward and not get discouraged during slow weeks. I might actually start weighing in every two weeks from this point forward, just to curb the crazy.

Ok, so these are my thoughts for the day. I'm off to go do my woman work so that I can enjoy my wine later in a clean house.
