I stopped this diet quite a while ago, almost a year now. And my weight has been pretty steadily around 275. However, I have noticed that I am more tired than usual. This is probably because I have also stopped my exercise routine. It may also be because I have a part time job while going to school full time and being involved in numerous organizations on campus. I literally go to my apartment to sleep and shower. I do walk almost everywhere I go but with the snow I've been taking the bus a little more often so I'm wondering how that will affect my weight. The South Beach Diet definately works. I'm just not sure its something I'd want to do for the long run. I've found that life is more about being happy with your family and friends than it is in your looks. Unless you're single I suppose.
