I just added a workout i am going to try and do everyday. its a start. so far i have just been walking. so now i will be doing. the strip tease workout by carmen electra. it was great! the first one is 23 minutes so i will do this and then ad another workout until i build up to a 60 minute workout a day.and then im still trying to get my 60 minute a day walk in too. I am hoping for a pair of rollerblades for christmas and then i will ad that in as well. I love rollerblading. I would love to play basketball or tennis but don't have anyone to do that with otherwise i would. of course i would have to build up to that as well. the important thing is to stay consistant i wanted to overdo it today and do a 2 hour workout but i know from the past thats a huge mistake. i always overdo things and then it never lasts.
