This morning I saw. . .191.6 on my scale. It was the first time I have seen that number in 6 years. As I am going on my 5th month now, it is hard to keep plugging away, but when I see a little victory like that, I know I can make it to my goal weight.
When I started this I thought it would take me 11 months to lose 55 pounds and so far I am on target.
