I'm sadly watching the weight gradually go back up, week by week.
I feel like I'm still eating well and getting exercise, but it seems that it's having absolutely no effect, like my body has now 'adjusted' to the new diet & activity levels and is reverting to its baseline?
It's disheartening.
I did go off counting every calorie when it looked like my goal was in sight. I will endeavor to return to my calorie-tracking and see if I can identify where I might have miscalculated.
