Down some more. Work out schedule is now..mondays is a intense workout tuesdays is yoga wed rest thurs intense workout fri rest sat some general working out like swimming weights cardio etc....so that is good news. Other then that just cutting down my portions trying and succeeding at reducing carbs as much as possible.
I like seeing progress. NO matter how small.
