So thus far on my attempt at eating more calories than I was before I have seen results. weather they are going to continue or not is the question. I could just be loosing water weight and it completely halt afterwards. I am however hoping that it sticks. I have finally adjusted to eating the correct amount of calories, I don't feel hungry, nor do I anymore feel like I am over eating. Crossing my fingers this works!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 November 2013:

Great news! I know for a while you were bummed out about "stalling". It sucks feeling hungry- Hopefully you've found a good balance of calories, nutrition, and fitness that will work for you. Keep us posted! :)
