wow. so this is my problem i am a big time binger. this is great that i am writing things down. I wonder if i can ever be cured of it. i was soo sore yesterday from overdoing the exercise the day before. so i wound up not exercising at all.
Yesterday i went to the store and just wanted to buy a treat to eat. since i know i usually have a problem with compulsive binging i was looking for something that i could buy that i can just have once but as i looked on the packages all the calories were through the roof. so i was looking for a single packet of popcorn but they only sold the whole box. i really wanted something chocolate so the only thing i could find was a box of 100 calorie pack oreos. well i sort of new i can't have a box and just eat one. so of course i ate the whole entire box in 2 sittings. i would have been better off with that one high calorie snack of the thing i really wanted. seems kind of pointless now actually. but all 5 packs equalled over 500 calories and 20 grams of fat when that snack i really wanted was only 220 calories. sure it would have been ideal if i could have just controlled myself and ate 1 bag but im an all or nothing kind of person. its always been easy for me to not eat at all then to eat moderatly. i wonder why that is? when some people would say it takes more willpower to not eat at all. hmmm
