Ok, it has been 1 week since the extended "up the ante" exercise challange. How did everyone do???? I did 225 minutes of exercise from Tue 10/29 through monday 11/4, that is 3.75 hours of exercise over the week. up .25 hours from last week, so basically I only did another 15 mins of exercise this week. Oh well as long as I am making progress that would be a good thing (no matter how small, lol). I am not going to continue the challange again, however I may still track and report my weekly exercise hours to keep me accountable and make sure I dont start to slip back over the busy holidays ahead! Feel free to track along with me, I will post my progress every tuesday. Thanks everyone & have a great day!
