I would like to lose at least 100lbs. in the next year. It is so, so hard especially if you are a snacker.

A snacker or a slacker, lol! Some people are grazers and like to eat smaller meals instead of 3 bigger ones. If you plan out your meals, you can plan some snacks in too. But it's good to make some of those snacks fruits and veggies. Some protein like a yogurt or cheese stick is good too.
